Polar – a national home appliance brand in India – is a name that has found a space in every Indian home. To mark the occasion of Durga Puja in Bengal, Polar wanted to usher in the spirit of this festival and celebrate the homecoming of Goddess Durga and her children. The idea? Just the way each goddess/god is accompanied by a unique “vahan” – similarly, we too are accompanied by modern-day “vahans” – Polar appliances – that help us sort out our lives. To portray this idea, we transformed Polar appliances into the lovable Vahans of our gods and goddesses, therefore bringing to life the spirit of celebration in every household.
