Terrace Tree believes that four walls and a roof alone do not make a home; a true home opens up a space beyond those boundaries. This real estate brand is defined by its commitment to creating homes that connect with nature and open spaces, harmoniously blending with their natural surroundings to offer an expansive and serene living experience.

The brief was to create a book that creatively tells the story of Terrace Tree. The vastness, the luxurious amenities, the bond with nature, the closeness with the sky, and the open rooftop terraces — all needed to be captured in the brochure in a way that was arresting, rendering an evocative of the feeling of home.

To create the “at home” feeling in the book, we decided to paint a vivid picture of the good life for the audience. Instead of just showing plain images of different aspects of the project, we aimed to capture the essence of these elements through illustration. We used pastel shades and a tranquil mood to convey the closeness to nature while also highlighting the luxurious lifestyle offered by Terrace Tree.
